About This Novel

A small town called Dulin has become the hardest hit area by this new global infectious disease. The disease, known as the Aurora flu, affects only women. Symptoms: An infected woman will be wrapped in a gooey cocoon-like gauze when she sleeps, like a big ball of marshmallows. Worse yet, if a man breaks this veil out of fear, his mother, sister, wife, or daughter becomes his killer. Someone has to find the source of the disease and a solution before it spreads to every corner of the world. Who is the chosen one? Only one woman, Evie, was not infected. Unlike others, she can talk to animals. Like a messenger from the underworld, she walked into the world of men alone. Who is she? Why not infected? Can the world ever get back on track?
