I smiled at myself in the mirror, admiringly, proudly, even defiantly. I smiled even more when I thought of the bride who would be eclipsed by my beautiful appearance at the wedding held a few hours later. "I just want to steal the bride's limelight!" The cool beauty in the mirror said fiercely. After the taxi took me around one alley after another, the bustling scene of the metropolis appeared before my eyes. High-rise buildings, busy traffic, and noisy people. I frowned, simply closed my eyes, and leaned on the back of the taxi's seat.
