Jiangquan City is named after Jiang Hequan. What a beautiful name it is! But there is an evil person behind this name. The girl's murder happened in the forest of Jiangquan City. This forest park is a place for dating.
Was the girl's murder a homicide or a suicide? Her hands were wrapped in tape, and her body was soaked in water. A girl between the ages of eighteen and twenty-three, at the same age, was dying in this city.
