About This Novel

A pair of wealthy children were seduced by their older brother who was living in a lunatic asylum. The younger brother, Allen, kidnapped his half-sister who was just born, and fled into the slums of the city with the hostage. The brothers' authoritarian father gave up the formal way to rescue his children, and instead turned to local gangsters to hunt down his son Allen. Allen happened to be rescued by the church during his escape, and even teamed up with the orphans to carry out a second kidnapping case to protect themselves, but ultimately triggered a series of bloody vendettas. Eighteen years later, the elder brother who was admitted to the lunatic asylum has long since been discharged from the hospital, and the younger brother Allen has re-inherited the entire family business after his father's death. All the bizarre developments have made Detective Pete pay attention to the two brothers again. In order to detect the truth that his father never knew, Detective Pete went through many tests and finally revealed the entire mystery and the truth.
