About This Novel
The Island of Death was the blood bank where the Japanese fascists replenished the blood of their wounded. After draining the blood of the Chinese, they chopped them to death and cremated them, and wiped out traces of the killings. This article refers to historical materials, such as "History of the Fourteen Years of Struggle in Northeast China" published by the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces in 1945, "Recollections of the Okamura Ningzi Battlefield" and "Japanese Diplomatic Yearbook" published by Japan. On the occasion of commemorating the 50th anniversary of the anti-fascist victory, this work is dedicated to the soldiers who heroically sacrificed their lives for the liberation of the Chinese nation, and to commemorate the Chinese youth who tragically died on the "Island of Death" and their innocent blood - The author has come from thousands of miles away. After the rain, two men, one tall and one short, walked on the ancient yellow sand road beside the ditch of the old city of Jiangcheng.
