Life is Pure
by Zhou Guoping
About This Novel
The most important things in life are the simplest. In today's era, we must not lose these most important treasures: the sense of wonder about life, the imagination that makes life poetic, and the kindness that comes from gratitude for life. The 2020 newly revised edition of Zhou Guoping's classic prose. I personally selected the articles and highly recommend them! The book uses life, faith, soul, writing, and reading as topics to explore the true meaning of life.

Faith is not empty, it is found in work. "Work is visible love." When you work with love, you become one with yourself, with humanity, and with God.
In the first half of the 20th century, two Eastern poets conquered the hearts of Western readers with their beautiful and philosophical prose poems, and then conquered the hearts of Chinese readers through Bing Xin's Chinese translation. One was Rabindranath Tagore, and the other was Gibran.
In Gibran's view, the inner spiritual self is the essence of every person. Everything external, including wealth, honor, and love. Neither color nor color can satisfy it or even truly touch it, so it must be lonely.
