Very good, thoughtful and insightful. The author is also a man who has seen through the vicissitudes of the world and is at peace in his heart! Very Buddhist 😘
good book
1. What we have to do every day is how to improve our height and depth, instead of talking about our obstacles and troubles every day. 2. The first priority in life is to make yourself happy. 3. Happiness is actually a kind of inner stability. We can't decide everything in the outside world, but we can decide our own inner state. 4. Sometimes, the trouble is not that others hurt you, but that you care too much. 5. Don't ask, don't wait, don't hesitate seriously, don't look back, when you don't have the answer, go see the outside world alone. 6. No matter who you are, you can't choose your destiny, but we all have a responsibility on our shoulders when we are alive, and we must bear it. 7. The highest level of education is to be kind and cheerful. 8. Not all exercises are effective. If you don't find the right place, you are wasting time. 9. Knowing how to shut up is education, learning how to chat is cultivation. 10. Only those who break away from the shackles of fame and fortune and pursue great love can ultimately achieve great things.
Without women, there would be no Schopenhauer for you.
