Growing up with My Daughter
by Chi Li
About This Novel
Writer Chi Li affectionately talks about her 24 years of growing up with her daughter. It is a book of great love that every parent should read. Only by continuing to grow can we keep up with our children! School teachers, well-known educators, celebrity mothers, BTV and major book lists sincerely recommend it! My daughter and I watch ants moving, earthworms burrowing into the ground, the beauty of the morning sun and the sunset at dusk; we listen to the singing of various birds, smell the fragrance of various flowers, and listen to the stories of spiders, seeds and sprouts; we raise silkworms together, We started planting potted flowers on the windowsill, secretly observed butterflies laying eggs on our orange tree together, and then observed the process of them turning into pupae and turning into butterflies every day... I gave my daughter life just by chance. My daughter doesn't need to thank me, but I am deeply grateful to her for giving me another life.

How to become a parent? --Growing up with my daughter
We always say that children are the angels of their parents, but how many parents really know their angels? I believe that most parents can only give a vague answer and they should probably understand it very well! Communication between parents and children is an eternal topic. How do parents get into the hearts of their children? This book, which grew up with my daughter, may give parents some answers. In the book, the author chooses to communicate with children in a unique way and grow with them. The parents in the book are no longer superior authorities, but as ignorant as their children, stumbling along the way, and the two grow up together. The author communicates with her daughter on an equal footing, and she will answer her daughter's questions seriously. Questions that may seem childish to us, such as "Mom, where was I born?" Are answered seriously by the author. This is respect for children's pursuit of knowledge, a kind of decency that Chinese parents rarely give their children. I always feel that such parents are so good. I hope that everyone who is about to become a parent or has become a parent can maintain a sense of awe and respect for their children! Friends, what kind of parents do you want to have?
