About This Novel
Summer is a sad season, especially in this lonely July. The wind blew through my hair and wiped away the sweat on my forehead. The cool feeling made me sober. I looked into the distance, watching the birds return and the clouds soothing and leaving. Never cut down a tree in winter. Never draw negative conclusions when you're moping around. Don't make important decisions when you are in a bad mood. Just wait patiently, winter will pass and spring will come again. "Why are some people able to see the bright side of life even if they lose their jobs, while others live in the darkness of unhappiness as adults? Seligman said that everyone has a happy "adjustment point." People can improve or destroy their happiness, but they cannot deviate too far from their "adjustment point" in either direction.
