About This Novel

Nietzsche never published a collection of his poems during his lifetime. Most of the poems included in the book "Collected Poems of Nietzsche" were selected by the translator from the large octavo edition of "The Complete Works of Nietzsche", and most of them are poems written by Nietzsche in his mature period. Among them, "Jokes, Trickery and Revenge" and "Song of the Uncrowned Prince" were translated from Volume 5 and published as prefaces and appendices to the book "The Science of Joy" during Nietzsche's lifetime. Most of the poems in "Ode to Dionysus", "Aphorisms and Songs of Zarathustra" and "Lyrics" and "Aphorisms" were translated from Volume 8 and were published after Nietzsche's death. The "Supplement" contains six early poems by Nietzsche and eight later poems scattered in various volumes or other books. Many years later, the translator purchased a relatively complete German version of "The Collected Poems of Nietzsche" compiled and compiled by others, and selected and supplemented fifteen poems from it. In this way, the whole book has a total of 296 poems, which is a relatively complete Chinese translation of the "Collected Poems of Nietzsche".

After reading it, I felt an inexplicable urge to help Nietzsche vindicate himself. What kind of mental patient? What kind of divergent philosopher? He was just forced by the people at that time and lingering in endless loneliness, and his helpless and troubled heart created a soul to comfort himself. Just like when we have been alone for a long time, we still hope to have one or two people to talk to. We occasionally talk to the grass and stare out the window in a daze...

In extreme pain, a soul will shine with a new light of life in order to bear the pain. It is the development of this potential in new life that keeps people away from suicidal thoughts that arise in times of extreme pain and allows them to continue to live. His state of mind will be different from that of a healthy person. He will despise the values accepted by the world and develop the noblest love and sentiment that he has ever experienced in the past. This state of mind is unique to those who have experienced the pain of hell fire.

I'm standing on bare rock, and this chapter is really good, simple, and refined. A little lonely, but full of curiosity about the world and a beautiful appreciation for all things. There is not too much sadness, but it is enough to show his thinking about nature.

When you read Nietzsche's poems, you don't think he was a madman. When you understand Nietzsche's philosophy, you wouldn't think that a madman could write poetry. But he is so incredible and hard to evaluate

Everyone's soul is so lonely and painful. We are similar and comforted. This may be the biggest charm of this book.
