Tiger's Golden Color
by (argentina) Jorge Luis Borges
About This Novel
Borges's masterpiece of poetry was created in the 1970s and contains 47 poems. It can be called Borges's most famous poem. The poet chooses topics from history, mythology, country, language, flora and fauna, or daily behaviors, breaking the rules of sonnets. According to him: "When chaos first begins, people are at a loss, obeying the irresistible laws of nature, and there is probably no difference between poetic and non-poetic things. Everything is a bit magical."

Passing mission. . . . . .
as you wrote
We always want to be another self. The morning light is very bright, and under the afterglow of the setting sun, I do things I dare not do, and live a different life than now. There cannot be just one tiger in the cage, but this one, that one, and one after another. In 1972 you were already writing poetry, but I didn't exist yet. I finished reading it and it was a pleasure to read it from you
