During World War I, Larry served in the British Air Force and wanted "power and honor far beyond the world." However, the death of his comrade made him realize how short life is. Later, Larry did not go to college, get married, or work in the industry. He made the world his home and explored the meaning and ideals of his life. He just wants to live in the sea and pursue the stars in his soul.
