Valley of Souls
by Zhou Haohui
About This Novel
In a quiet night, a boy who was studying in the evening suddenly rushed out of the classroom in terror and ran wildly on the road for more than ten kilometers until he died of mental exhaustion. The next day, a man was found dead in the hotel bathroom, and the horrifying thing was that his head was deeply buried in the toilet! Similar strange cases are gradually spreading in Longzhou City... Interpol captain Luo Fei and psychiatrist Zhou Liwei discovered from these seemingly unrelated mysterious cases that the cause of death of the deceased was all due to "excessive fright"! According to clues provided by insiders, it turned out that as early as half a year ago, the first patient with a similar phobia was admitted to Yunnan.

The weight of history
After reading the postscript, I understood the author's creative intention. Thank you, the author, for letting me know about Li Dingguo, a tragic hero whose abilities and character are superior to those of Zheng Chenggong and Li Zicheng.
There is no value or not, only whether you like it or not
I didn't know this author at first, but this was the first book I read by a friend. I originally thought it was a novel similar to Keigo Higashino's style, but as I read it slowly, I saw the author's unique and unique style. The whole novel has a very strong story and a very tight plot. It starts from the protagonist police officer Luo Fei's pursuit of the Longzhou murder case, and goes deep into layers, unexpectedly pulling out historical stories from hundreds of years ago. With the author's excellent ability to render a suspenseful atmosphere, it is a fascinating read that you won't want to let go of. Because of this, instead of calling it a mystery novel, this book may be more appropriately called a suspense novel. As for the plot, it is not easy to add reasonable imagination to real historical events and ultimately create an impressive and memorable work. (In this regard, it is somewhat similar to the feeling that Assassin's Creed gave me back then). Besides, it's a bit of a spoiler. The online reviews of this work are both positive and negative, but out of personal preference, what I wrote are all good points, and they only represent my personal views. In fact, this book is not very long. I read it for an hour every day and finished it in about five days (it is recommended to read it in a short time, as reading it intermittently will affect the continuity of the story). The price is also much cheaper than the physical book. Honor Reading is still very powerful. "Add some spice to life" This book is still a good choice in your spare time
Haha, the plot is good, but the writing is a bit disgusting
One-third of them describe the temperament and eyes, and also highlight the protagonist. A good novel should make readers feel immersed in it.
Is this book good to read?
Very good-looking, worthy of Zhou Haohui!
A good book with rich content
I still feel sad every time I watch it
I have read it many times and even bought the physical book. Among Zhou Haohui's novels, apart from "Death Notice", his favorites are "The Valley of Souls" and "Evil Hypnotist 2". When I first read it, I was really attracted by the story from three hundred years ago. At the end of it, I understood the meaning of the so-called "The Sufferings of the Saint". Sometimes I put myself in their shoes, which is really a painful state.
There are very few authors like Zhou Haohui who do not misspell words or redundant parts. It is so wonderful! Each one is worthy of my careful taste. "Among the hundreds of surnames, the one ranked Zhou" is a descendant of the Li family. It was only when I wrote this review that I realized that it turned out to be Empress Li. . I'm so stupid!
This book feels like the one that the author Luo Fei is most afraid of in the series.
This book feels like the most scary book in the series by the author Luo Fei. When I read it for the first time, I was so scared even though I was lying on the same bed with my mother in my hometown.
Very well written, I like it very much
If you are interested, check it out, you won't be disappointed.
