All we know is that this wooden bridge was renovated during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, and over the decades it has been used to ox carts, horse teams, sheep herds and the occasional car. How many mornings and evenings the sun and the moon drip into the Yimin River under the bridge. In the waves and sand, the stories of heroes and beauties float into the wind and smoke, like the season when reed flowers are flying, becoming misty and hazy.
