The ending is my kind of happy ending. I can't say that I read too many novels, but I also read quite a few. The female protagonist Fang Yuhan and the male protagonist Jiang Hai thought they lived a happy life after they met each other in college, fell in love, got married and had children. But Jiang Hai's cheating, the dilemma of choosing a woman, and his sudden death at the end are all the truest aspects of unpredictable life. The author writes very well. Hope more people can see it.
I would rather the process of love between two people be painful than the ending be painful. . .
I have to say that I have read a lot of novels, and this novel, from the time I read the preface, I had high expectations for this novel. As written in her preface, after I read it, the characters such as Fang Yuhan, Jiang Hai, Xia Yuan, Lin Jingjing, etc. Were very clear, just like people in real life, and they gave me a sense of immersion. The characters in the book are all representative of reality. Every scene gives people a very real feeling. Doesn't the male protagonist Jiang Hai not love his wife Yuhan? I think not! It was caused by his inability to get over the past hurts and the assumption that he was being harmed by each other. At first, I really hoped that the male and female protagonists could get divorced. Many readers felt that Yuhan was weak in marriage and hesitated many times on the divorce issue. In real life, many people don't There were a lot of hesitations like this. Jiang Hai cheated on Lin Jingjing during marriage. Their behavior had no morals and no bottom line, hurting his wife, daughter and parents. The heroine responded by slapping Lin Jingjing four times in the face and mailing evidence of the cheating to Lin's father. It was really satisfying. Jiang Hai's sudden death, like many people, made me burst into tears. This is the most heartbreaking ending. I still don't understand why Jiang Hai was written to death. Maybe this is the only way to protect my wife and children in an alternative way. This method expresses Jiang Hai's love and reluctance for his wife and children, allowing Fang Yuhan to return to being single without divorce, and can happily meet his childhood sweetheart Xia Yuan. When he was single, the only dissatisfaction in the book was that the story of Fang Yuhan and Xia Yuan was not written in more detail. After reading this novel, I couldn't leave for many days. The heroine Yu Han is really a woman who deserves to be loved. Fortunately, God favored this kind, smart and strong woman, allowing Xia Yuan to love her wholeheartedly and take care of her and Nono.
This is the type of novel I like to read about strong women. They are all academic elites with talent and pursuit, but at the same time they are ordinary people with shortcomings, weaknesses and selfishness.
