About This Novel
This manuscript is a long poem recording the work of Fan Zhenxi, secretary of the Party Committee of Zhoutaizi Village, Zhangbaiwan Town, Luanping County, Hebei Province. Fan Zhenxi has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Model Worker", "National Outstanding Communist Party Member", "National Most Beautiful Grassroots Cadre", "National Civil Servant Satisfied by the People" and other honorary titles, and was successively elected as a representative of the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
