About This Novel
In 1996, West Africa was a land torn apart by war. After a series of bloody and bizarre encounters, a soldier and a young scholar go deep into the quiet tropical rainforest, trying to uncover an unexplainable secret. Traveling through charred modern villages, lost ancient ruins, abandoned industrial facilities, and various strange scenes, the two people's spirits gradually reached the edge of collapse. It seemed that a pair of evil eyes were watching their every move, but there was a powerful force in the dark that led them to their inevitable final fate.
