About This Novel

"Selected Works of Ancient Chinese Literature" is a basic course textbook compiled for students in the Chinese Department of universities. "Selected Chinese Ancient Literary Works 1" is one volume. The selected works should be published in popular ancient book versions as much as possible. Words that are different from other versions will not only be collated, but if it is extremely necessary to explain them, they will be explained in the notes. All selected works have been given necessary annotations. A "Teaching Reference Bibliography" is attached at the end of each volume to facilitate teachers' lesson preparation and students' study and review. "Selected 1 of Ancient Chinese Literary Works" is one of a series of books. "Selected 1 of Ancient Chinese Literary Works" is designed to coordinate with the teaching of literary history courses. According to historical order, it selects and annotates more than 300 outstanding works (pieces) of major cultural works from the pre-Qin Dynasty to the May 4th New Literature Movement in the 20th century. The selected articles are mainly handed down through historical selection, and attention is paid to highlighting the representative works of writers who occupy an important position in the history of literature. Taking into account different schools and styles, it echoes the teaching materials on the history of Chinese literature and reflects the style of ancient Chinese literature and its evolution. However, because chapter novels are limited in length and generally easier to understand, they are not excerpted. Only the chapter novels that should be read are included in the "Reference Bibliography" in volumes three and four. The drama collection also contains only the best excerpts from the most famous plays in the history of literature.
