This book includes the representative works of Pushkin's poetry and representative works of Gorky's prose translated by Mr. Ge Baoquan, the first generation leader of Russian translation in New China. Chinese readers are very familiar with Pushkin's poem "If Life Deceived You", but not all of them know that this translation was first written by Mr. Ge Baoquan.
