After getting off the bus on the way from Yuncheng to Fenglingdu, I climbed up a steep slope to the overpass above, and a different world unfolded before my eyes. The gentle curve of Zhongtiao Mountain is closely connected with the broad Yellow River. This is the end of Zhongtiao Mountain and the gateway for the Yellow River to enter the Central Plains from the hinterland of Shanxi and Shaanxi. The Yellow River has formed a large tidal flat here. Under the thin sunshine in winter, the broad river beach shows its proper color and tranquility. A layer of white mist hangs over the boundless river beach, enveloping it with the bloom of the coming spring, the lush green of summer and the richness of autumn. A line of the Yellow River is hidden in the horizon, and the Qinchuan land opposite is shrouded in smoke. The fresh and moist breath from the waves of the Yellow River blew slowly in the wind and sent me my first greetings.
