I created this series of stories based on my real experience as a customer service employee in a courier company. Online shopping is a shopping method that people cannot live without, and the express delivery industry is a key part of it. Transporting goods from the seller to the recipient may seem simple, but the actual process involves multiple processes, including collection, packaging, transportation, sorting, and delivery. When express delivery is damaged, lost, or contaminated, complaints and claims may arise. Many people are curious and misunderstood about the express delivery industry. I want to share the knowledge of the express delivery industry and convey the current working conditions of couriers in the form of stories.
