The story revolves around the protagonist Dashan, who returns to his long-lost village to find a cemetery for his seriously ill father, Lao Han. In the village, Dashan reached an agreement with Team Leader Lao Wang in exchange for a tomb land in exchange for repairing the village road. While leveling the land, I accidentally discovered a buried boulder. Dashan and the forklift driver thought it was a treasure and secretly negotiated to divide the loot. In order to keep the secret, the two reached a private deal agreement with Team Leader Lao Wang. However, things are far from over. The driver asked Dashan for medical expenses due to his injury, which further deepened the conflict between the two. At the same time, Dashan was always worried that the gems would be stolen and frequently went to check them. Finally, the two decided to take out the gem and found a so-called "treasure appraiser" for identification. The master claimed that it was a priceless ancient stone tool, but then disappeared. When winter comes, the two take gems to participate in the "Treasure Appraisal" column of the TV station, but unexpectedly learn that the so-called "gems" are just rice dumplings that were common in rural areas in the past. The huge psychological gap completely shatters their dreams of getting rich. The story shows the greed and ignorance of human nature in a satirical and humorous way.
