About This Novel

"Beautiful Tuscany" is another masterpiece by the well-known American writer and poet Frances Mays after "Under the Tuscan Sun". It records her daily life in Tuscany for ten years. A house with apricot yellow exterior walls and rose red murals facing the valley. The Apennine Mountains stretch endlessly, with olive groves and simple and pleasant farmhouses scattered throughout. There are stars, a moon, the cheerful green of spring, and the cool, clear nights of summer. At home, you can plant flowers and grass, and delicious food is at your fingertips. When you go out on the street, you can be greeted one after another, and you can encounter warmth all the time. A bouquet of flowers, a smiling face... Half host, half tenant. If he can't bear the cold rain in spring, he flies to the mild south; if he doesn't like the dry heat of summer, he goes to the beautiful water city. I lived like this for ten years.
