Recently, Branch Secretary Kamu has been feeling very happy. Kamu's house has a telephone with a shiny red casing and a caller ID that flashes on and off. This is the first telephone in the village. Party Secretary Kamu has no reason to be unhappy or dissatisfied. The county implemented a telephone "every village" project. Although Pataopo was a bit remote, it had to be installed. The Kamu party secretary did not want to lag behind other villages, so he and his wife struggled for a few days to bring the three-year-old son at home to the market and sell it. The township government gave him a small subsidy before installing this telephone. The phone is wireless, and the technician said it's called a program-controlled phone.
