The girl Que Wei lost her father when she was young, and her mother took her to wander around in order to avoid debts. When she was 8 years old, she settled down with her mother in Tangzi Street. Her mother became the mistress of the wealthy Chi Zhenchen, and she met Chi Xuan, the son of Chi Zhenchen, who was keen on teasing her and calling her "little freckles". Later, due to various changes, her mother insisted on leaving Chi Zhenchen, and Que Wei had no choice but to follow her, but deliberately left clues. It's good to watch. I've basically read all of Rao Xueman's works, and each one is better than the last.
