About This Novel
This book collects and studies relevant documents and information on Angkor and Siem Reap Regional Protection and Administration (APSARA), the International Coordinating Committee for the Protection of Angkor Monuments (ICC), and various countries, including my country, participating in the international protection of Angkor. Conducting direct interviews basically clarified the history and current situation of the international protection of Angkor monuments, including the establishment process and main responsibilities of the APSARA Bureau, the operation mode of the ICC, and the main characteristics of countries participating in the international protection of Angkor. It aims to provide reference for the protection of domestic large-scale cultural heritage and for my country to participate in or host such international protection projects in the future.
