About This Novel
This book is a pioneering work that comprehensively and systematically collects, translates and studies foreign historical materials on Heilongjiang. The book collects and introduces foreign historical materials related to Heilongjiang that have not been discovered by domestic scholars or are rarely known and utilized, including new materials on the history of politics, economy, culture, national defense, and foreign relations in my country's northern frontier. Through the systematic collection, sorting and research of relevant historical materials, a summary of the existing historical materials of Heilongjiang in Russia, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, and some European and American countries has been compiled to serve as an introductory guide and a tool for in-depth research for Northeastern history researchers. To a certain extent, it makes up for the shortcomings in the collection, compilation and research of historical materials on my country's Northeastern frontier.
