The first volume (1921-1949) of "The History of Wuqi (Banner) of the Communist Party of China" details the people of Wuqi who followed Liu Zhidan in joining the agrarian revolutionary struggle in 1928, established revolutionary armed forces, fought against local tyrants, divided their fields, suppressed bandits, established a new political power, and opened up Wuqi as part of the northwest revolutionary base area. The book consists of six chapters in total, using the method of combining chronology and chronicle. It is mainly chronological and chronicle. Set up chapters, sections, and headings. There is an introduction before each chapter and a conclusion after it, which reflects the role of connecting the past and the future and connecting the past and the future.
