This book describes and analyzes the social structure of ethnic minority immigrants in Southwest China, which mainly includes the tangible structure composed of the combination and arrangement of tangible cultural elements such as language, clothing, food, song, dance, and architecture of the immigrants and their descendants; the behavioral structure of the cultural system composed of the group's social structure, social division of labor, interpersonal relationships, and mutual interactions; and the cognitive structure composed of the group's way of thinking, religious beliefs, and folk knowledge. At the same time, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the immigration characteristics, immigration patterns and immigration networks of ethnic minorities in the southwest frontier.
