Be Shining When You Are Eighteen Years Old
by Park Canruo
About This Novel
Maybe in the past you had a young heart like me and did young things with young aspirations; maybe now you are also experiencing the same human sufferings unique to your age like me, but no matter what, we are chasing the direction of the light and listening to the voice of the heart. Wherever your heart goes, go to the sky. For dreams, we have the perseverance to get up no matter how many times we fall; for this world, we clearly love and hate, insist on our own opinions, and never compromise; this is us, rejecting labels from the outside world, being unique and having unique charm. After we fall, we will only dust the corners of our clothes, neither cry nor make a fuss. We bravely "do not do our jobs" for the sake of our inner voice. We have a little temper but are gentle and kind to all things. We never stop growing upward, looking up at the stars but also keeping our feet on the ground. This is us, the shining eighteen-year-old us.
