About This Novel

As a practitioner who has been working in the domestic capital market for many years, I have always wanted to write a novel about the equity refinancing market represented by private placement, which I have been involved in for the longest time. I had a long vacation at the beginning of the Year of the Rabbit, so I wrote furiously amidst the roar of firecrackers welcoming the New Year, fulfilling a long-cherished wish of mine. The novel has a total of 26 chapters. It shows part of the market at that time (2012-2020) with the complete links of "investment, financing, management and exit" of multiple projects. It also describes more of the mentality and growth of the participants. I believe readers who have been exposed to this market will have obvious empathy. In particular, investors can better understand the overall operation of the capital market from this primary and semi-market. The novel comes from life but is higher than life. Most of the plots depicted in "The Game - Refinancing Game" are adapted and refined with reference to various experiences in the market. The characters and stories in it are all fictional. To use an old saying, it is: if there is any similarity, it is a coincidence.
