The trial is finally over!

Here, I declare that the author wins. Well, after getting up early for several mornings in a row, I was convinced. However, it did benefit a lot. How should I put it? The prosecutor said something. To those of you who have committed crimes, what I want to say is that although you did not plead guilty at the beginning, after so many days, you have also adjusted your understanding of your actions and are willing to take responsibility for your actions. You have not wasted so many days of trial. The prosecutor's view of the matter is indeed very comprehensive. Really, for such a complicated case, involving 14 charges, and being able to face the cross-examination of 32 defense lawyers, and in the end most of the criminals were willing to plead guilty and obey the law, it can be said that it is a bit strong. In the trial that I listened to for so many days, there were 5 defense lawyers who spoke very powerfully, 2 young women and 3 middle-aged men. I think the oral expression skills of these 5 defense lawyers were somewhat similar to those of the five prosecutors. If the judge hadn't asked the prosecution and defense to briefly explain their views, I think it would have taken another day to argue. The evidence was repeatedly cross-examined and new viewpoints were put forward. The defense lasted for a total of one and a half days. However, I want to say that this ringleader is very capable. It can be said that his ability to defend himself can compete with the prosecutors of the municipal procuratorate. Even the five most powerful defense lawyers may not be able to do so. Perhaps, as the first party involved, he can find an effective entry point and eliminate a lot of illegal evidence. All in all, I thought this experience was very good.

Sorry everyone, the author is lazy.

How can I put it this way? The cases being heard by the Intermediate People's Court are a bit big. I feel like when I go home after listening to the case, I feel like one is as big as two. It seems that my mind is now full of criminal acts, defense, and cross-examination. Don't be verbose and make simple summaries. The prosecutor provides evidence that the defendant's behavior does not constitute a crime. It would be okay to be alone, but it's not. I got up at 7 a. M. And arrived at the court at 8:30 a. M. I sat there until 12 o'clock. In the afternoon, I added time for the trial at 1:30 a. M. And ended at 5 p. M. On the third day today, the court debated the facts of the case one by one on each count. I took a break and could only post one chapter again.
