About This Novel
The catastrophe is coming, and the great powers from all walks of life work together to create life-saving techniques to deceive the world. Mortals are still worshiping, but they don't know that the path to immortality is dangerous, with bones paving the way under their feet. Some people say that the immortal is pitiful, while others say that the person is the most pitiful, having been deceived all his life, and in the end he has nothing to lose. Is a person who is deceived and saves the world called a hero, or an abandoned son?

In my opinion, the person who was deceived into saving the world is an abandoned son! You know, he didn't know anything, so he was assigned to "save" the world. In the end, he lived a life burdened with the meaning given to him by others, and had no life of his own at all.
As a chess player, you can always judge everything from a high position, but you don't know the suffering of a person as a chess piece. But since you are a chess player, you should have the mentality to override the chess pieces. The most pitiful ones are always the innocent chess pieces, just like the person in the article.
After seeing the ending of the protagonist in the novel, I really want to ask, is it better to be an immortal or a mortal? What about immortals? There may be lots of bones at the feet of the immortal! What about mortals? Although you cannot live forever, you can be free and do not have to go through the experience of life and death.
Why is there no one?
Where have everyone gone?
The writing is pretty good, keep up the good work!
