Speechless, when you invest in a company, you have to hold at least 45% of the shares, and you can give the founder 5 points as much as you want. If someone is sick and works for you, even if you agree, they will leave their job and start a new business if they succeed in cashing out. Venture capital angels will give you a maximum of 20 in the A round. 25 Points is the most, so how can they give you 90 shares! If I give you 45 shares, then why would they give you a job if they want you to invest? If you hold so many shares, what are you going to do with the founders and subsequent investors? Do you think it is possible for you to account for most of the entire world? You may have invested 15 or 20 points, which is about the same, but if it finally goes public and leaves you with 5-10 points, then it will be good.
It's just a random move. You say it is what it is. I can't stand it.
