About This Novel
The protagonist Yang Yang left his small hometown after he became an adult. He has always longed to get away from there and explore the world. He pursues his dreams and his own lifestyle without any restrictions or restrictions. Yang Yang is full of confidence and ambitious. He believes that he can realize his dream. Yang Yang came to the big city and started his own job search. He found a good job, but it was the opposite of his dream. He gradually discovered that his inner pursuit was far removed from the external reality. He found that he had reached a dead end, felt trapped, and wanted to escape from it all. Then, he quit his job and started pursuing his dream alone for several years. He traveled to every corner of the motherland and learned about different cultures. He went to Tibet to feel the magnificence of the Himalayas; he went to Jingbo Lake and Aershan in the Northeast to feel the beauty of the autumn scenery; he went to the Li River in Guilin to feel the unique beauty of the mountains and rivers. His journey has not been smooth sailing. He has had difficulties and struggles in venturing out on his own, but he has continued on firmly. He met many people on his journey, some of whom became his friends and some of whom became his teachers. Their stories, experiences and lives gave Yang Yang a deeper understanding of the true meaning of life and the meaning of life.
