New Phase of Journey to the West: the Rise and Fall of Characters from the Three Realms
by Mei Yeting
About This Novel
This book is an interpretation of the classic "Journey to the West" from a unique perspective. The author starts from many details of the original work, takes each character as a perspective, and through his whimsical interpretation, presents a three-dimensional world of gods, Buddhas, mortals, and spirits constructed in "Journey to the West". There are four chapters in the book, namely "The Struggle of Spirits", "The World of Gods and Buddhas", "The Destiny of Mortals" and "The Protagonist's Journey". The author re-examines each character. From a new perspective, monsters may make people sad or admirable, gods are no longer thin and full of fireworks, and the fate of mortals makes people sigh and empathize.

If Journey to the West is read backwards, the ending will be even more confusing.
After trying Journey to the West, four people from the Tang Dynasty carried scriptures to the Tang Dynasty to preach the scriptures, killing demons along the way. In the end, Lao Sha became a monster at Liusha River. The white dragon horse entered the sea in the sorrow of the eagle, Gao Laozhuang Bajie got married, and Sun Wukong returned to his true nature in Huaguo Mountain.

I have read the whole book, it inspired me a little and it also gave me a new perspective
Very good, worth seeing
What is hidden behind Journey to the West?
Whether a demon is good or bad is not decided by you, but by gods and Buddhas all over the sky. The three national teachers of Che Chiguo have been working diligently for more than 20 years. He just wanted to achieve enlightenment and become an immortal, but in the end he was killed by Wukong. Are they good? They are good. They have been protecting Che Chi for more than 20 years. Are they bad? They are not bad. In 20 years, they have killed one person! But he still died in the end, why? Because they are monsters. Whatever he wants, the gods and Buddhas all over the sky say he is a demon. He is a demon. There are no good demons, only bad ones. This is a demon. Sad, deplorable, pity. The four masters and disciples are just tools for the gods and Buddhas in the sky. In their eyes, no one is right or wrong, only pros and cons! ! !
