About This Novel
"The Boy Who Reached for the Stars" is relatively short and has a simple plot. It is neither a magnificent epic, nor a fantasy and magnificent adventure, nor a bizarre and brain-burning suspense. It lacks the so-called "refreshing points" that are popular nowadays, and may not be able to bring a strong sense of excitement to readers. This article just tells the high school experiences of a group of boys and girls aged 17 or 18. In a campus where exam-oriented education is king, facing multiple dilemmas such as freedom and restraint, respect and trampling, beauty and ugliness, dreams and reality, how should they, who are pure, ignorant and youthful, choose the fork in the road of life? What price will they pay? What kind of mental journey will it take? This is what "Boy Reaching for the Stars" wants to bring to everyone. This article is adapted from the author's real youth experience. The author believes that truth is the most vital, and youth is the most beautiful. Although few people pay attention to it because it does not conform to the current trend of online literature, "The Boy Reaching for the Stars" is like a simple and unique little flower, which will still bloom quietly in a corner of the flower garden with vitality.

I think this book is very well written. I'm quite envious of Dongshan and Xiaomin's love. The darkness in No. 1 Middle School also scared me. It would be great if the author could fill in Kawako's hole.
