Wu Han is a rare expert on Ming history in my country. He has published "The Biography of Zhu Yuanzhang", "Mirror of History", "Historical Events and Figures", "Notes on Reading History", etc. Because he wrote the script "Hai Rui Dismissed from Office", he was persecuted to death by Lin Biao and the Gang of Four. In 1979, Wu Han was exonerated.
