It uses the research methods of the development history of Chinese characters to study the history of the spread of Chinese characters in Japan. In addition, the related Chinese character collections formed under the influence of Japan's modern Chinese character policy, as well as the influence of the Meiji era calligraphy books on the character collections, are also new contents studied in this book, making this book a general history of Japanese Chinese characters. It is worth mentioning that the materials involved in the appendix of this book also have very high academic value and application value, and have certain guiding significance for related topic research.
