About This Novel
The ancient continent of China was composed of three realms: humans, demons, and abyss. However, an apocalyptic catastrophe nearly a thousand years ago involved all three realms of China. The Star King of the human race led a million-strong army to launch a doomsday decisive battle with the allied forces of the demon and the abyss in Luoyue Hills. Although the Star King killed the Demon King in the end, he still could not prevent the disintegration of the Chinese continent. The Demon World was split into the Immortal World and the Demon World by the Demon Emperor, and the Abyss World was torn apart into the Abyss World and the Purgatory World by the Earth's Karma Fire during the catastrophe. Countless creatures who died in the war formed the Nether World under the new human world. The Shenzhou Continent and the old three realms no longer exist. The continent that was reborn after the disaster was filled with the spirits of heaven and earth. It was called the Lingzhou Continent by the surviving humans, and the era of ashes was called the Old Gods. Under the blessing of heaven, the new six realms of Lingzhou, with the end of the apocalyptic battle as the beginning of a new era, opened a chapter of the era called the New Spiritual Era.
