In Middle-earth, the dwarves will not surrender to the orcs, and the orcs will not surrender to the dwarves. They will just kill the other side, and the same goes for the elves. You can look at the Battle of Moria, where almost everyone on both sides died. So when I saw the main character asking the orcs to surrender, I gave up on the book.

You're almost done with a Hobbit book.
A bunch of modern stuff coming out? No drama? It was like watching the Three Kingdoms and suddenly Zhuge Liang took out a missile. Do you still have the desire to read this?
I don't use the long elf sword, but I also bought a big sword with a wide blade, how ugly it is.
Is there a female protagonist? If so, will it be a single heroine or multiple heroines?
