I have always liked Mr. Higashino's novels. The first time I read his novel was "White Night Journey". The storyline in it is full of ups and downs and gripping. Later, through Tokisei and Jiyou Grocery Store, I got to know Keigo Higashino better, an excellent writer. Reading Midsummer Equation made me like his books even more.

Secondly, let me briefly talk about a few questions I have. The only unreasonable part of the whole story is that many years ago, after Cheng Shi was told her identity by that woman, she chased the woman who killed her with a kitchen knife, and then went home and stayed in bed, not knowing what to do. Then her mother was informed by Qiu Bo about the case that happened near her home that night, and then the next morning she found out that her daughter had killed the person, so she went to Qiu Bo to discuss the crime, and then Qiu Bo took the blame.
