About This Novel
In life, there are always many ups and downs. There are always some people who are not favored, and there are always some things that are not favored. Everything seems to be taken for granted. High school students with average grades and falling in love are not favored. Working in second- and third-tier cities to buy a house that appreciates in value is not favored. Middle-aged women in rural areas suddenly start to take care of themselves. Is it just because of backward thinking? Or is it because of deep-rooted prejudices in our thinking? As a migrant worker who got up early to go to work every day, she worked hard to save hundreds of thousands. Then, one day she suddenly discovered that she had cancer, so she bought a house in a relatively backward location. The eldest daughter is in college and the younger daughter is in junior high school. Such a rural woman started to think about herself after learning that her man had cheated on her.
