His father, Luo Guoli, was a leader named Luo with a sense of justice. Luo Ronghuan has been influenced by his parents since he was a child, and he hates evil as much as he hates it. While studying abroad, Luo Ronghuan began to accept revolutionary ideas. During the Great Revolution, he was dispatched by the party organization to return to his hometown to organize a farmers' association and fight against local tyrants to allocate their fields. With his organization and support, the farmers' movement in South Bay surged. Soon, affected by the current situation, the farmers' movement in South Bay was forced to turn from above ground to underground. At this time, local reactionary forces arrested Luo Ronghuan.
