Obviously the last book Plague Doctor was very good, I spent money to read it, but this one is not good. It looks very strange. It reminds me of the American TV series Joker, but not as good as it. The previous Plague Doctor was more ambitious. This book is relatively more focused on the individual. The writing is still very good, but it always feels like something is missing😳 The author's mental state should also be struggling, but some of WALL-E's own flavor has disappeared and been replaced by rawness. Maybe WALL-E is still not very good at this? I still don't know what he wants to express, but writing about something you are not good at is a process of challenge and breakthrough after all.
