“虚构”是使民俗不同于Taylor Swift其他作品的最大特点。 一直以来，斯威夫特卓越的创作能力都展现在她的分手歌里，这些歌曲是在现实里有迹可循的。她本人也说，听众听到的几乎是她的日记。 而在folklore里，我们几乎找不到指向性明显的歌曲，斯威夫特本人不再是故事的主角，而变成了幕布后的讲述者。凭借folklore，她真正证明了她作为本世纪最伟大songwriter之一的能力，在想象中，她词曲里的爱恋甚至更美妙了。 歌词赏析 1.the 1 对旧日恋情的回首，遗憾和释然参半。歌曲中讲述的另一方似乎已结婚。 对我而言是三句最动人的歌词搭建起了这首歌。 一是对旧日恋情的评价，它是真诚的，是爱的，曾经是很好的。 我们曾经也是很好的，你也觉得吧？ 二是看似轻描淡写的遗憾，想象着不一样的结局，那也会有趣的。 如果你是那个人的话，其实也会很好吧。 而三是最坦诚的一刻。 这句是全曲遗憾的顶点，如果说前面听到的都是归于放手的回看，这句则显露了这份恋情对女主人公来说并非已经全部放下。 她承认过去的爱与错，内心深处仍然想要问，如果有一点不一样，一切都不会一样，对吧？ 不过我最喜欢的还是在这首歌里，女主角不再是speak now式的不愿错过，她是更成熟现实的。她想要问，但是她没有问，让the 1被遗憾包得严严实实。这也让the 1变得更真切，更动人。 三角恋三部曲被说过太多次了，就全数不提了。 3.the last great american dynasty 写Rebekah Harkness的歌，holiday house曾是Rebekah的，现在泰勒用“then it was bought by me”，确认了它的归属。 一栋房子联结了两个女人，有点像致命女人的设计。泰勒在声名上也和Rebekah有相似之处，唱Rebekah，也是唱她自己，非常巧妙。 4.exile 不是很被戳到所以不说。 5.my tears ricochet 鬼魂的叙述，讲述了一段love and kill relationship。伴奏让它听起来就像海面回荡的幽歌。 这个吟唱的鬼魂是那样的伤痕累累，但又像个胜利者。她伤痕累累因为她已经死去，魂归何处总不能归家。可对方也并不轻松，酒精麻痹后仍然痛苦，爱恨交加夜不能寐，诅咒她的名字，还以为她可以复活。 这首歌幽暗鬼魅，就像Mv里夜色中的海面。死亡，葬礼，沉船，诅咒，这些意象给了它一种哥特气质。（我说不出什么是哥特气质但我就觉得是） You can aim for my heart go for blood，but you’ll miss me in your bones. 真是把相爱相杀写的淋漓尽致。 6.mirrorball 这首歌，我总觉得可以和之前的new year’s day和之后的nothing new一起看。 Hush I know they said the end is near But I'm still on my tallest tiptoes Spinning in my highest heels, love Shining just for you Mirrorball展现的是只属于两个人的浪漫：在没有人的时候屏住呼吸，他们说不久就要散场了，但我不在乎，为了你，我会在这里。 这种狂欢过后得到的午夜宁静，所有人都会离去而我会陪着你的亲密，很让我想起new year’s day的“But I'll be cleaning up bottles with you on New Year's Day”。 以及虽然可能关系不大，但把这首歌和nothing new放在一起后，我们可以发现，虽然两首歌都是想要说“to keep you looking at me”，叙述人的心境却是完全不同的。 nothing new是迷茫的，不安全的，而mirrorball的叙述口吻是柔和安定的。在镜面球中，“我”可以“change everything about me to fit in”，承认“I’ve never been a natural”，要一直踮起脚尖，踩在钢丝上，只为了要你一直看着我。但做这一切并不会伤害“我”，“我”在这里无比的坦诚也无比的从容，“你我”之间反而“我”才是安慰者，安慰着你说“hush，I’ll show you every vision of yourself tonight” 这首歌写的最好的一段我认为是下图，马戏团的离去与主人公的始终在这里，真是很浪漫。 7.seven 对我而言这首歌是童真的，是似幻亦真的。“幻”在勾勒的画面及人物，“真”又在提到了宾夕法尼亚州等泰勒本人的故乡等。 歌曲的有两个主要部分，一是主人公无拘无束地荡秋千的画面，“with Pennsylvania under me”，何其梦幻；二是主人公和她家庭不算幸福的朋友。 以友谊的眼光看，这是一首多美好的，夸张点说可以算是拯救的宣言。“我们会去做海盗，这样你再也不用哭泣，也不用躲在衣柜里”“装好你的毛衣和洋娃娃，我们会永远搬去印度”… 这会让每一个艰难成长的孩子想起十四五岁时和最好朋友做的约定，“等我们长大了我们会永远离开这里”，“我会买一个房子和你住在一起”。听起来多不切实际，但又是多真切啊。 同时本曲贡献了folklore里我最爱的歌词 And though I can't recall your face I still got love for you 随着秋千飞起七尺之高，夏天喝的甜茶，我在胸前画起十字，发誓不会告诉任何人回忆和爱是什么味道。 8.august 三角恋三部曲的无名女八月的独白番外。 一言蔽之，八月的亮点是海风吹拂一样的气氛，以及很能表现无名女，或者说“八月”的卑微的中心词“hope”。 9.this is me trying 完美的场景选取，“把车停到瞭望台，忍受着恐惧走到你的门前”，一个完美的，最真诚的情感可以倾泻的时刻，让接下来整首歌的坦诚都来的顺理成章。 本曲歌词的黄金时刻我认为是 They told me all of my cages were mental So I got wasted like all my potential 也不只是这一句，这首歌里的很多话都像是一个抑郁缠身的人会说的话。这个人担忧着挚爱是否会离去，她反思自我，努力改变与挽回，只是已经疲惫不堪，实在实现不了太多。 太过笃定的承诺是虚假的，对一个颓丧的人来说，“我正试着去做”已经是最真诚的语言了。 11.invisible strings 从mv色调也可以感知到，隐形弦几乎是全专底色最明亮的歌曲，同时或许也算是和TS私生活联系最大的歌，直接写了她和Joe的感情生活。 “Green was the color of the grass”“bad was the blood”真是经典的TS语序了，瞬间把我拉回到“gone was any trace of you”. 隐形弦将你我相连的命中注定已经很美妙，歌里“She said I looked like an American singer”这样的小情景也很有趣。 12.mad woman 30岁的Blank Space，开始检讨自己，更脆弱没有安全感。她“疯”得更彻底，没有人喜欢疯女人，疯女人本人和她的亲近者都伤痕累累。并且疯女人永远不会冷静，她计较每一条伤痕，愈被指责愈变本加厉，就像她自己说的： They say "move on" But you know I won't 13.epiphany 写疫情和外公参加过的战争的显灵，极大丰富了folklore的内容，但凡没有它，年专拿的都没有这么稳。 15.peace dancing with our hands tied&delicate in folklore’s area be like this. 16.hoax 虽然TS本人认为track 5是全专最悲伤的歌，但我觉得这才是。hoax是最亲近的人带来的伤害，痛苦万分但是心甘情愿。 这份爱如此伤人是因为太过亲密和了解，因为这份爱本就开始于“you knew the password”. “I left a part of me back in New York”给了这段情一点引人猜测的细节，尽管有“what’s the point of keeping score”的怨，她还是说“don’t want no other shade of blue but you” 对方伤害，背叛，不够爱，主人公却始终无法抽身离去。或许可以说当有人真正走进你的心，你也无法放弃这份安慰吧。真情难断，情人难分，讲不出再见。 全曲都归于那一声妥协的叹息： Your faithless love is the only hoax I believed in
